Start to end disappointment
Like many I was extremely hopeful about setting up a prescription with Henry Meds and gaining my confidence. I began with semaglutide for $297/month and when it was time for my refill I had to have a call with a new PA before refilling because I had seen zero results. Mind you - I was doing my injection, counting calories and working out - so to step on the scale was a major disappointment. My PA was almost 10 minutes late for our 15 minute appointment and I felt rushed through my concerns about a lack of progress. They recommended I switch to tirzepatide (now $449/month) and see if I saw results. After a month into my treatment, my body started rejecting the medication. Hot spots, swelling, rash, even causing permanent discoloration to my skin. I got an email when it came time for my refill and I opted out (for obvious reasons). I assumed when I said I didn’t want medication anymore I’d be good to go as there was no follow up. Instead, I’ve received another bill but no medication. When I inquired why I was billed, despite not receiving a refill and opting out of the program I learned that because I didn’t reach out (on top of the response to not wanting a refill or to move forward) that my subscription wasn’t cancelled and I would still have monthly charges. Make sure that if you are not seeing results, or having allergic reactions, that you reach out to additional people and clearly state you wish to cancel so you’re not out hundreds of dollars like me.

Thank you for your review. We take negative feedback seriously and always review cases thoroughly when issues arise. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the side effects you encountered. We are never happy when our clients do not experience success, and unfortunately, not all medications work for everyone. While we strive to help clients meet their goals, we understand that medications can affect individuals differently. Regarding your subscription, we apologize for any confusion. To avoid future charges, it's important to fully cancel the subscription, even if you’ve opted out of a refill. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
