Appreciate how thorough they are!

I opted to use Henry meds for there trt treatment program because after doing some research online I found them to be one of the better providers. Well my intuition was accurate. The labs for my blood tests came through within 24 hours after signing up. And once the results for my blood test came back, henrymeds contacting me to set up my virtual meeting. Without getting into specifics about my numbers. I was given a prescription with a time frame of 5-7 business days. That was Monday (9/30/2024). It is now Thursday (10/3/2024) and my prescription already came. Not only are they fast with getting you what you need. Their support team is also diligent. My experience with their support team was great. I sent an email sort of asking how the whole process worked, and about time frames. And an automated email service got back to me and said due to the high volume of emails henrymeds is receiving we will get back to you between 24 and 48 hours. So I expected a decent wait time in between emails. But I got an email from the provider within around two hours. Their diligence is appreciated as well as the quickness that is used with delivering meds.

Poor follow through, good people. Frustrating.

I tried the sublingual tablets first but due to having a very dry mouth. I couldn't get them to dissolve very well. I reached out to Henry Meds and they switched me over to the injections. My package arrived but the vial was missing. When I contacted Henry Meds again, Gabrielle was my contact person. She was amazing to work with. She got a replacement sent to me right away and followed up a couple of times to see how I was doing. I'm very impressed with the service I receive from them.

The process was very easy and Stefanie was professional and engaging. We went over my medical history, latest lab reports, she answered all my questions, explained the process and my prescription was on the way.

The Nurse Practitioner was very helpful and understand, gave me lots of tips to help quiet all the "food noise" I am experiencing
