I recently had a virtual consultation with Henry Meds and found the process to be straightforward and efficient. The online platform was user-friendly, making it easy to schedule an appointment and connect with a nurse. The consultation itself was professional, and the nurse was attentive to my concerns. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would highly recommend!

My RN was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and did not make me feel like I was taking the easy way out!!

Great service

I’ve had no issues 9 months into my process. All my appointments and deliveries have been trouble free. I’m a slow loser but the medication works, so I giving myself a full year. I’m very pleased with the whole process.

Joanna was very friendly and helped me to understand why I did not know why I had not received my new meds or gotten an appointment. That was last Friday, September 27. She sent me an email, and I immediately opened it, filled out the information, shared why I wanted a consult and submitted it. I was told that after submitting the form, I would be contacted about setting up an appointment. My bank account was charged $200.00, and I am still waiting to receive my meds or have someone contact me about appointments. I have been out of meds for three days, and I am going back some of the weight I lost.

It was easy to make appointment. Plenty of information on website. First shipment arrived in just two days. I’m usually a little squeamish about needles but I had no problem after reading instructions. I thought that PA could have been a little more thorough; no questions about labs or whether someone has stomach issues, like I do. But I felt confident since my PCP had already given me the go-ahead. Overall, it was a positive experience.
