Had my vitural appt today. The PA was very polite and explained and answered all my questions. My journey will start once I receive the medication and looking forward to the results I will hope to achieve.

This company is a rip off. Do not use them. Over charged by hundreds of dollars. Will continue to charge your account for rx not ordered

I wanted pills, the PA pushed the injections, so I am going to buy Blue Cross/Shield and starting in January, I will get it by my doctor. I put down pills before the appointment, but was pushed and feel I wasted my money. I am also worried Henry Meds will be sued by pharma and that the injections knock offs could be harmful. I would have wanted pills. I am going to request a refund. I am also canceling.

The ease and the professional, contact with my PA was far more than I expected. The follow up with Henry Meds was great. I have been flying to Mexico for weight lose meds, however, the hurricanes changed my plans. This was far smoother than I expected .I hope to continue with Henry Meds. Melany Kirsch

Easy as it gets. Talked to Karen before signing up and she really put me at ease. Provider answered all questions and gave me info on my meds.

The dosage instructions were a mess, I kept asking how to inject, they kept telling me where on my body to inject it. I've never filled a syringe before, I needed some guidance and there was none to be had. I asked multiple times how much I was to use, I was told 2.5 and then also 5, of what? Told they were prefilled (they were not) and nowhere was it clear it was ONCE A WEEK. I had to reach out twice to get the info via email, by then I had taken accidental extra doses. Absolute mess. You can tell they just ship it out and take your money without a second thought to the human being on the other side of the screen.
