The process is easy and professional. They listened to me and are getting my prescription right out to me via UPS...very excited to start this journey. Highly recommend...cheaper than going to my PCP and paying high dollar at the pharmacy.

I went with Henry meds for their TRT program because it says everything is included, particularly aromatase inhibitors. I’m a 32 year old male and made it clear that I wanted to maintain my fertility. The first month I was prescribed testosterone with an aromatase inhibitor, however at my second appointment, with a totally different provider, I was told that I was given the wrong aromatase inhibitor and that if I wanted the correct one, I would need to pay another $30 a month otherwise my fertility could be negatively affected. This goes directly against their websites claim, which is still there to this day. So after letting me feel the benefits for a month, they now want more money to get the medications they claim they include in the monthly price or I’ll risk my ability to have children later. Not only is this wrong but it’s medically unethical. I reached out to customer service but they stopped responding both times. To date I’ve only received refills on the testosterone, which I stopped using. I would stay away from this company as I’m sure there will be a lawsuit against them for this kind of business practice.

My PA was thoughtful, and the appointment went well. However, I have an issue with the time frame for receiving your meds. The delivery should be expedited. I had my appointment last Tuesday(six days ago) and have yet to receive my meds. The website gives an option to have your meds filled by a local pharmacy. I requested this option, but my PA hadn't heard of that option, thus, I'm still waiting on my meds. In all other similar pharmaceuticals, the meds are quickly issued.
