I am extremely irritated with this 2nd…
I am extremely irritated with this 2nd prescription. I had my lab work done on 11/7/24 and the prescription was sent that same day. It is now 11/25/24 and the prescription has still not shipped. I have contacted support 3 separate times. I spoke to a manager Thursday 11/21/24 last week and she said that there is an issue with the pharmacy shipping to Virginia. Why was that the first time I’m hearing about that? I am VERY dissatisfied!!!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had some concerns after two appts with my medical provider were cancelled at the last minute. Customer service followed up with me personally via email and made sure my 3rd appt was set. Delivery of med was timely and efficient.
