Started out well- subscription charged monthly, for the most part received tirzepatide on time. The last months of this year, Henry Meds reserved their stock for bulk purchase customers denying those of us like me, continued coverage and forced us into Ozempic. I was open to the bulk order- but their customer service could not provide pricing details or explain their long term plans to continue to treat patients. After several weeks of sometimes rude messages from customer service, I canceled and went with a new provider that can provide the meds I want without the hassle and at a lower price. Despite what Henry meds says, tirzepatide is still available - they just got greedy and saw and opportunity to sell in bulk.

Thank you for your feedback. When tirzepatide was taken off the FDA shortage list on October 2, 2024, the rules for compounding changed. We sent an email with new pricing and pre-order options to help ensure patients could get their medication without interruptions and save money.
