Everything went smoothly! Doctor showed up at the exact appointment time, which is not the norm these days. Meds are showing up today, which is the day after the appointment. Best medical experience by far for me.

I wanted the oral tirzepatide since I wasn’t ready to do needles. But the oral tablets do not work! They start you out with 3mg, did not feel anything. Then they increase the dose to 4mg. Still no curbing of hunger or appetite. I think my appetite increased instead of suppressing it. When I asked for a higher dosage, they said it would be $100 more per month!!! I thought it was too expensive to try a higher dose without knowing how effective the higher dose would be. I did not lose a single pound, I’m not considered obese or heavy so I thought these dosages would work. I did NOT lose a single pound, but instead might have gained some.

Unfortunately, not all medication works for each individual. While we always want patients to meet their goals, the medications do not work for everyoneWe do offer many other treatments, so in the event that patients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective.
