My PA was very professional, caring, and did not make me feel rushed. She was on time to the video appointment and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable before we ended. It’s also very reassuring that I can always make another appointment at any time if I have questions or concerns, or even need to make a change to my prescription. The appointment is free and included in my monthly fee as well as the meds. I am waiting for my delivery but happy with the service so far.
