Aggressive billing
I joined Dec 31, 2024, and they charged my card. Blood work collected Jan 24, 2025. Results came in and on Jan 28, my card was charged again. Had telemedicine appt on 2-1-25. Two charges and no supplies yet. The next billing date is 2-28. At this rate, they will have collected THREE payments from me and only sent me one month of supplies.

So far the process has been great
So far the process has been great. To speed up the process I emailed my bloodwork results directly to them. I made an appointment the next day and I am expecting my testosterone prescription in 3-5 days. I would say that the more proactive that you are, the faster it goes.

The NP that I spoke to was informed, empathic, and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and my concerns were addressed. We were able to develop a plan going forward that I felt would ensure my continued success. Thank you!
