I started a oral TRT with another provider and although it made a difference and I felt great my HCT level were out of control, so I decided to switch to a injectable, from reading different articles of research it offers more control. I reached out to Henry to make that change. It was a bit of a challenge in the beginning scheduling a blood screen was tricky with my heavy work schedule. I got it done finally. The first thing Henry's team noticed is my HCT was through the roof, and they help me through that process of lowering that number,everything has leveled out. I think what you should understand is they care enough to insure your wellbeing first, it is important you understand if the provider is not asking good questions, not reviewing the blood work with you, your not with the right people, testosterone has alot of benefits as you age, but like anything it has potential risks. Thank you Henry's for getting me on track.

These guys are always forgetting something or disappointing me somehow.. today I had to remind them I had my appointment 2 weeks ago & just took the last of my meds & they haven't even started processing my order yet.. you definitely have to keep track of everything yourself or they will let you run out & can you imagine how mad it makes me to make a appointment for quest 2 weeks away, fast for 12 hours, leave the house early & get to work late only for quest to say theses people never sent a lab order... happened 2 me twice.. only reason I haven't left a bad review before is i was worried about retaliation, and the only reason they're getting 2 stars is the doctors are nice.

Dr. Drianha has been working with me for over 18 mos and the experience has been great. Lab orders and results are shared via video call, proactive and always looking to make the right decision on treatment and frequency.

They charge the first month, stopped shipping and kept charging. I cancelled and they continued charging. I am trying to get refunds. This is a terrible operation, do not use.

They shipped me everything but the actual meds, but insisted they did and charged me for two months of medication. Highly untrustworthy company.

I would say I was very hesitant initially about online TRT, but after speaking to the medical professional, and being walked through the process step by step, I realized I made the right decision. Easy, stress free and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service.

Waiting almost a month for medication…. Quick to take money, loose your lab results, push appointments back, then “waiting on the pharmacy for weeks”

I've been going through Henry Meds for only 6 months now but they've been amazing. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. My doctor (Jasmine)has never made me feel unheard or like a number. It's helped my life immensely. I've stayed with them not because they're cheapest because they aren't, but they're thorough and they seem to want to help.
