Reaction to Testosterone therapy, Henry Meds refuses to stop billing me even though I cannot take their medication which they are not sending, When you call them it states press a # for whatever issue you have but nothing happens so you speak to no one, Support will email and tell you, we will still bill you. All was good when I ordered month to month but then they have the bulk order.And somehow , there's no expiration date on it, and I wasted $1,000 on meds that absolutely do not work. Different color of meds, no exp date on the bottle now, awful side effects that were non existent for a very long time including severe bloating, increased hunger, and low energy. There is zero chance this medication is the same in a bulk order. My weight has increased almost immediately after switching.

I have been been using Henry Meds for over a year and am very pleased with my results and the company. Everyone I have had conversations with have been courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend Henry Meds!!

I would recommend Henry Meds to my family and closest friends. I have dealt with Tory who is very informative honest and she really cares about your treatment plan and getting you on track. So with that being said I will remain a patient and my treatment is going great. Thank you Tory for getting my treatment plan on track!

Other online clinics will make you pay for bloodwork, and then won't start a payment plan until after you're diagnosed, prescribed, and receiving medication. HenryMed starts their monthly reoccurring subscription charges immediately on day. It took me a handful of weeks to get the bloodwork appointment set and complete, and once those labs were available. There were no providers available to review my labs to prescribe me medication. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment until a support-desk person manually set an appointment with an unknown provider on Dec 15th at 3pm CST (I have email confirmation for this time). On that day, the provider logged in at 1pm CST and then wrote my appointment as "missed". When I logged into HenryMed at 2:30 CST, it showed my appointment was now scheduled for 4pm CST. I logged in at 2:55pm CST anyway, no one was there. I logged in at 3:55pm CST, no one was there. I was ghosted and lied too. Again the website said no providers were available in the next 3 weeks for scheduling. At this point 2 months had passed with no services or medication rendered, and I had 2 months of subscription fees paid. HenryMeds is a scam.
