I was so excited about the convenience of Henry meds and the first month it was easygoing no issues the consultation was on time and my meds were too. I’ve lost a a lot of weight in the first month on phentermine and the appetite suppressant worked like a charm And I’d love to continue working hard towards my weight loss goal but unfortunately my medication has been delayed 15 business days now and over 21 days total with you guys! 🙁 my card was charged almost a month ago and still no prescription and you guys will be charging my card next week( which will make it one month) and i probably still won’t have my meds… how do you expect people to be consistent if you’re unable to ship out there medication in a timely manner. I thought once you charge the card it would be shipped out within a few days to keep the cycle going smoothly. I have contacted customer support and they keep giving me the run around… but I’m sure new patients are being accepted and given their meds faster than current patients… hopefully I will receive them soon😕 I will update my review once they decide to actually help me.
