I was pretty nervous going into my…
I was pretty nervous going into my appointment. But my doctor was so nice and comforting. She lead with questions where she was there to help me and I responded truthfully and she understood exactly what I’m going through. She never dismissed me in any kind of way. She answered all my concerns. I appreciate her willingness to help me.

I waited for my prescription for a week…
I waited for my prescription for a week no email no info vertifying that it will take up to ten business days. So i cqncelled my following refil while waiting for current to be delivered. But that unfortunatly cancelled my current scrip without me knowing, so i called for a refund on first months script. I was informed that refund cannot be done. The frustration is that it was nowhere stated i would wait 2 weeks to recieve a script and when i tried to cancel and refund it could not be done

Customer service needs a lot of work
Customer service sucks. The people are rude. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone. Refunds are not given. The NP I spoke to was awesome
