The Doctor was great but now been…
The Doctor was great but now been waiting almost 4 weeks for my first meds. Customer service keeps saying there may be a delay meaning they aren’t even looking into my specific claim. Just giving me a generic response.

Terrible
They used to be good but now they are terrible. They ignore your emails and string you along with false information. Don't expect to get the medication you ordered. When you decide you've had enough and go to cancel, they drag that out. Still waiting.
