I liked my provider and the timeliness of receipt of medication. I don't like that I can't contact my provider directly. I am also concerned that the cost of the medicine is much higher than anticipated.

The services I receive from Henry Meds have been amazing! The care team for my treatment have been fantastic and very knowledgeable. Shipment of my TRT is fast and very reliable along with lab appointments and follow up virtual visits. Definitely recommend Henry Meds!

My nurse was great

My meds were delayed and I was told because of the injections being taken off the market they were being taken care of and processed first. It’s 2025 and this is unacceptable. Online services should be more convenient not more of an inconvenience. And when I requested it be sent to a regular pharmacy I was then told it would then take another 7-10 processing period WTH. Again. Very unprofessional and inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend. Now I’m told I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. Again it’s 2025 a time of electronic transfer it took 10 seconds to take my money but up to 2 weeks to process my order another week to deliver my order then 5 days to refund my money but 5 seconds to request a refund. Plus the girl kept blaming me as if it’s my fault the pharmacy is instructed to fill the shots before the pills.
