I’ve called to reschedule an appointment with the provider to talk about the misunderstanding. But have not heard anything back after several days. I’ve been on TRT programs before. Told the provider what levels I wanted to be at ask them if there was a problem. He said he was fine with that levels but for some reason he started me on the lowest dose I’ve ever gotten. From my understanding he wants me to do this for three months and then get retested. Every other provider started me off with twice the dose that he did. I do not want to take 6 to 9 months to get my levels to where they were at, please let me know how you want to handle this situation . Look forward to a timely response. Have a blessed day.

Used Henry meds last September and was extremely happy with everything. Took a break and decided to come back. This time has been a complete joke! Been waiting for my order to process for a month now. Called several times and was told pharmacy is backed up and I would receive a credit, which I never received. Called 4 times today no one answers the phone. Emailed only to see email has been blocked 🚫 Tomorrow my next payment is due! No prescription, no answers, no credit as promised 😤 I am extremely unhappy with the lack of communication and run around with this company. You can do better Henry Meds

Been calling for 3days about a prescription that's was approved 2wks ago and is still showing processing... not happy

I signed up for 3 months of phentermine. My virtual visit was 2 weeks after I paid for the 1st month. I got the first month RX about 10 days after my virtual visit. I got charged for the 2nd month a week later, which was fine. I assumed the medication would be auto shipped for the 2nd month, but i was wrong. Im going on the 3rd week with no meds and called. They "just processed" it and it will take another 7-10 business days to ship. I reminded them that I'm a week away from getting charged for the 3rd month and still haven't even received the 2nd month of meds. This is not OK. The best they could do was move my 3rd payment date ahead 3 weeks. Im paying for MONTHLY shipments, however, I'm not getting my meds. Unacceptable. I called on the date my 1st RX was out. Called again a week later. And called again the 3rd week to ask where my shipment was. The representative could only tell me the pharmacy has only just processed it. Why am I paying for "monthly" shipments with monthly breaks in between. Again, this is completely unacceptable

The Medical Staff are top notch, very well informed on this type of medications (medically, effectiveness, commercial issues), very kind, caring and professional. Thank You.

Had a confirmed email regarding a first time consultation. Original time was for 11:00 a.m. (that was the time Henry Meds said THEY were available to meet with me virtually (great, I’m good with that). On the day of the appointment, customers are asked to sign into Henry Meds virtually to make sure that electronics work on their end for the appointment. I logged on about 25 minutes ahead of time to make sure that the video and microphone were working properly. As it gets closer to the 11:00 a.m. time when Henry Meds scheduled me; All of a sudden I receive a chat message from a Henry Meds virtual associate that says, your appointment has been rescheduled for 1:45 p.m. (2.75 hours later). There was no warning. There was nothing sent ahead of time letting me know that the time needed to change. The APRN couldn’t meet with me at 11:00 because she had an appointment with someone else at that time is what I was told. Things happen, I get it and I understand, but they almost lost a customer because of their lack of professionalism regarding scheduling (everyone’s time is VALUABLE) and should be respected. It’s a good thing that I was working from home on that day, I could adjust my schedule and I could meet the 1:45 p.m. call with the APRN. It seems like such a small thing, but first impressions are important and Henry Meds needs to do better. Other than that, no issues.

The process was quick and painless! The practitioner I met with answered all of my questions and gave me great info.
