Everything started out fine. Only a few days to get my initial appointment. That went rather smoothly. They say 8-10 business days to receive your first script. 4/9 was the first day a payment came out. It was May before anything showed up. No email or information along the way. 5/9 they take their second payment out. It's now June and I have received no information on my second order. I will be out of pills tomorrow and they can't tell me when the order will ship. I was told I should be on them for 3 months uninterrupted. When I call they have different reasons or excuses why nothing has shipped. I tell them that there is not supposed to be a break in taking the pills and they just say they know and offer no other explanation or advice. While the pills were working the company and their customer service is terrible. I would look elsewhere

My Dr was very informative and I appreciate the transparency of what to expect. The most significant piece that stands out is reassuring that I can reach out to him at any time.

The PA was very responsive and patient.
