No communication
I liked the doctor a lot, but the rest of it has been really disappointing. It's been over a week and my order hasn't shipped and I can't get in contact with anyone to provide an update.

Good experience, should have got with Henry Meds sooner
The nurse was very patient and knowledgeable. Plus, I was late but she still circled back and met with me. I appreciated that!
