Persons with Customer Service are timely in responding and seem knowledgeable of what is needed. The Medical Personnel that I have met with on-line have been professional, courteous and share helpful advice. My only concern is that I have not heard from anyone since I've been told that my request has been approved and it has been over a week. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

While the person that helped me was very cordial and nice , I didn’t think it was in good practice by Henry meds to actually charge me $249 while my medicine is sitting in limbo. I knew something was wrong when my husband who ordered his received his medicine way before me I think before you charge somebody you should make sure that the medicine is actually been shipped to the person.

Henry Meds responded quickly to my inquiry for an appointment. The appointment was easy to attend via video and all of my concerns were addressed. The nurse I spoke with was very helpful and understood my condition and answered all of my questions. She was very thorough about giving me all the information I needed to get started. I am looking forward to working with Henry Meds to reach my goal weight.

Customer experience has declined over the months. If I wanted to be treated like a number instead of a patient, I would have continued working with my PCP. I understand you have a lot of patients, but when a medication is being discontinued do you not have the technology to inform patients? I booked an appointment for a refill only to be told that the meds are not accessible any longer. They won't write a RX to be filled via the drug manufacturer even though they are the ones who have have been treating me for months. So, here I am without a refill and a 2 month wait to be seen by a PCP. Moral of the story is that if Henry meds doesn't get to sell you the medications they are not interested in helping you.
