My first order of TST arrived quite a few days later than I expected. There are no instructions with the medication as to how to measure, draw or inject it. I have no idea which color needle is for drawing the med; which is to inject; and how to measure the correct dose based on the hashmarks on the syringe. I am willing to give Henry Meds the opportunity to square this away but based on service to date, am not inclined to continue with this service.

Provider understood my needs, and my expectations. Also was able to smoothly transition me from an in person provider to online with the same medication, and listened to my plan for future use. Would recommend Henry meds to others in the future.

I already had my bloodwork done and y’all required I do it again because you wanted more detailed information but didn’t ask for those results so I ended up being charged while I hadn’t received anything because it took me nearly 2 weeks to get unnecessary blood work done because of quests problems.
