The process is slow. I’m missing multiple injections due to a slow process and delays. No compensation or correction for such missed on their end.

The clinical experience has been good, but it takes two weeks for the pharmacy to process an order before they ship it and in the meantime, I run out of medication. This is not acceptable when you pay for a monthly service to now I have medication for half of the month.
