Ease of the appoinment
My remote appointment was easy and my Dr was kind and friendly and walked me through the process making it easy for me. She understood my issues and helped me to find success in obtaining the weight loss drugs I would like to start.

First call with a nurse practitioner…
First call with a nurse practitioner there was technical issues where she could not pick up my video. I resigned in but it kept flipping between available and on call. I finally called the help desk and had to reschedule an appointment. It was frustrating that there was no contact from the company when the call did not work. I scheduled a second appointment for 4:00, but with contacted for 3:00 appointment. Luckily I was available.When I spoke to the second nurse practitioner it went well.

Process was quick and my provider was very thorough . Answered all my questions before I needed to ask them. So far the experience has been easy and painless.
