Michal W., the agent who helped me via chat today, was absolutely phenomenal. I had several questions for him, some of which were a bit complicated, and he was able to answer each one thoroughly! Even more than that he offered to make some shipping address updates for my next order to accommodate some changes that have recently come up for me. Most people would have simply told me how to do it myself and given me the steps, but he so kindly did it for me all himself, which was really going above and beyond. He was very pleasant, professional, helpful, and responsive. Just all around a great experience! Thanks again, Michal!

I like how upfront the website is. I thought NP Chelsea was great. I do wish the information she provided would be available for review later on the portal. The patient portal at this point is pretty useless. It does not get updated fast enough and there is little to no info on there. The emails make up for it, but it would be nice to have that information on the portal.
