I’ve had a generally positive experience with Henry Meds when it comes to the medical side of things. The pricing structure and charges are not clearly explained, and I found communication around billing to be lacking. For a service that operates entirely online, I expected better transparency and more proactive communication when it comes to fees, subscription changes, or additional charges. It can be confusing and frustrating trying to get clarity or assistance on billing-related questions. Overall, while the medical support is strong, Henry Meds would benefit greatly from improving the transparency and responsiveness of its billing and customer support operations.

It took 4 tries to accept my Visa FSA card. Pls try to update your payment system to accept FSA cards. Those are guaranteed funds. They review everything, if it does not fit, they (FSA cards operators) lets the patient know to pay back.
