I recently made my first purchase on Hemiblurr and, although the item was beautiful and the packaging was solid and premium, the fit runs very oversized. Since I didn’t realize this beforehand, the coat turned out to be too big for me. The shipping process was great: they use DHL, which I highly appreciated because it allows you to select your preferred delivery day. When I initiated the return process, I was offered the "Green Return" option. The entire process was handled incredibly fast, smoothly, and with the utmost professionalism.

Their customer service was outstanding. I had a fit issue on some of my purchases and their customer service responded correctly and helped me correct the issues! All items were as described… all made with very nice fabrics! I will do more business with these folks.

My mom bought me a coat for Christmas and after one wear it started to fall apart. After sending photos they sent me another coat that did the same thing - then pushed the idea I had washed it wrong and that it wasn’t actually falling apart? I have never washed it, but the lining comes through the fabric. They offered me 40 dollars credit for a 150 coat. After this, I kept reaching out but no response for a month or so. As a last resort I wrote this review and was responded to promptly — and was offered another gift card for over the amount I paid, to which I explained why I didn’t want a gift card and just wanted a refund and that was eventually sent to my mom. This was an incredibly frustrating situation, but was finally righted when it was taken up the chain last week.
