So I’ll start with the quality - I ordered a blazer and the quality and packaging was fantastic !
However, it was a little too large. I had to be away from home for a bit after receiving the item so I did not really get a chance to initiate a return in their 14 day window. The customer service was great and though I could not return or exchange they did offer a 75 dollar gift card which I appreciated.

Good quality jacket
Good quality jacket, although not as well-made as expected for the price. Little details on the cuff and buttons that aren’t done well enough for the price point. A good size, thick material and nicely packaged.
I paid $460 for a jacket that took two weeks to arrive. They use iMile, it’s the same company that Temu uses. Very little information provided on iMile as to where the package is.

Amazing coat and great support staff!
I'm giving 4 star just because it took a month to be delivered. But the support service (i spoke with Alice) was great. I've send an email about two weeks after i put my order. Since it was taking so long to get my coat I asked for a cancellation. They explain to me that it was too late to cancel it, so Alice upgraded my shipping method and the coat arrived a week after the last email we exchanged. I had also an issue with the custom duties and she take care of everything. The coat turn out to be incredible, so warm, perfect color and shape! It was a bless that i couldn't cancel my order.

Would recommend if you are ready to commit
Honestly I was really afraid of ordering on their website because all the "reviews" on internet were in fact paid collaboration. I ordered on January 1st and received my package on January 12th which is very reasonable. I didn't had to communicate with the support so I cannot review that. However, the product (corvian wool coat) was very soft and high-quality. It did fit me well so I don't have to send it back (usually the complaints are about the returns). If you are sure that you will keep the product I think it's a nice investment. If you are unsure, be aware that the shipping return cost would be expensive.
UPDATE: The buttons on the inside and the collar of the neck part are way too loose I lost a button and had to go repair it.

Manteau avec 70% de laine, de bonne qualité, doux, l'impression d'être dans un plaide confort.
Il est long, comme j'aime. Il taille assez grand car oversize, j'ai commandée une taille M, il rend en L comme je le souhaitais. Super emballage chic, avec un cintre et un sac de transport pour le manteau.
Entre la commande est la livraison, la durée a été de deux semaines, pas surprise car j'avais lu des retours de clients, et le temps d'attente en vaut la peine.
Je recommande.

REAL REVIEW!! This was my first time ordering from…
This was my first time ordering from hemiblurr and I am overall pleased! I purchased the Medium “Halo Double-Faced Wool Coat with Scarf “ on Nov 26 and received it yesterday, December 17. Shipping definitely takes a long time and I reached out to them regarding this issue suggesting they update their shipping times on the site. Despite long waiting time, customer service team kept me updated and responded to my emails promptly.
As for the coat itself, upon first checking the quality is great!! It definitely has weight to it and it seems to be true 100% wool. My only concern would be with wool itself in general, I realized it slightly itches my skin if I don’t have some sort of barrier. So I also suggested that they could line the inside with a different material instead of only wool to prevent this. The pockets had temporary seams that I had to remove in order to use it. Once I did, pockets were great and functional. The coat is long and oversized which is exactly what I needed as a niqabi. The scarf is big and compliments it nicely.
The packaging was professional and neat. It came with a hanger and a coat cover bag that I can keep my coat in.
Granted, I need to wear it more to get an even better review but this is initial thoughts.
Overall, NOT a scam!

My experience with Hemiblurr was fine except no much communication regarding update on order and long wait as no idea they were based in 🇺🇸 (I’m 🇬🇧 based), however the coat I ordered seems to be good quality (just labelled wool as the description when ordered was different wool & camel hair ??)
Very nice coat though but won’t order again as too long to arrive and won’t recommend to small frame when “one size” im size 8 UK not on the oversized trend but it’s ok
Very Well packaged though. Would describe as luxurious packaging
My friends complimented me on it as really nice cut
Definitely NOT a scam as seen on some reviews
