Quick and easy to get medication, worked as it was supposed to.

I was able to get my medication literally the next day! It was super easy and super fast and I didn’t have to come in to see my doctor… which saved me a whole lot of time! Definitely recommend if you work all the time and can’t find the time to come in!

The entire process was so easy. I got my prescription sent and filled within hours. I especially like how I can pick which antibiotic I liked or had the provider choose based on my symptoms. I will definitely be using this service again.

I have been using Wisp since around the start of Covid. While I love the convenience, the timing of services has greatly diminished. Virtual wait room times exceed the time it would take to go to a walk in clinic. Given that you're charged a significant fee for the "convenience", given the several hours it can take to get a call, a prescription sent, or a response, I'm afraid it's not worth the money it used to be. I think for people that hold health insurance, it's more efficacious to be seen in person. Giving a three because I think their mission to provide contraceptives and female reproductive care is a fantastic vision. Would score lower if it weren't for that.

This was an extremely easy and simple process. My primary care doctor left the practice and I’m not able to see my new PC doctor until July. I was out of my meds and turned to wisp. They had exactly what I had been taking for years and I was able to order the prescription and have it sent to my pharmacy. Because of the state I live in I needed a quick video consult with one of Wisp’s providers. The call was quick and easy and the provider sent over my medication, to the pharmacy I chose, to be picked up. This was such a seamless and easy process. I’ll be recommending Wisp to anyone who will listen!
