Quick and efficient!

I had my consult on Sunday, May 12. Still waiting for the prescriptions and it's May 17. Not thrilled.

Everything went fast and smoothly

It was very easy to select the product I wanted. The only hiccup I had was needing an online consultation with a doctor, due to my state of residence. I had no issues, other than that!

Online telehealth was quick and easy. Outstanding customer service with great turnaround time response to questions. Customer service quickly identified a duplicate order, they emailed me to verify my intentions before billing. This was a huge error on my part of which I appreciated being brought to my attention for correction. Update 05312024, I ordered the OMG cream, this was a big game changer for me. What I thought was gone forever is BACK!!!

Well not only, it was time consuming providing all the information that you needed then making a payment and then wait for an answer. But then picking up the PEP on time within the 72 hours window time frame, just to receive 2 pills. I think is not practical at all. I would think it would be a better idea to have a few more pills or refills, without have to go through the same process again. I am not blaming the Doctor but maybe their methods used for prescribing patients are not ment for the patient in mind, but rather for the benefit of the company.
