Expeditious! Was on vacation and started to notice symptoms. Was able to have it in at 11pm and pick it up the following day at a nearby grocery store. Came with a care guide and updates to know when exactly it was submitted, processing, and ready. Super convenient. Thank you!

24 hours ago I paid wisp $65 to get a prescription for a UTI. I have yet to have it filled. Please tell me what the holdup is? I went to the pharmacy and it wasn’t there. To say I’m grossly frustrated is an understatement. Had I known this would take more than 24 hours I would have opted for a more affordable virtual care appointment for same day. I am extremely uncomfortable and my symptoms have progressed. I have yet to experience a delay in care such as this for a service that claims to be convenient and fast. Do I need to make arrangements for a virtual care appointment in the future?
