Caused a whole problem at my pharmacy. Asked me to submit my driver license because I got married and changed my name. Then they didn’t even submit the prescription under my new married name and they submitted it with a completely wrong date of birth.

I just love this service. Already being in the healthcare industry and knowing how difficult appointments with doctors can be to make, drive to, wait, test, prescribe, then go pick up prescriptions at a pharmacy. This is the WAY through. Been using products for a couple of months and the providers are QUICK in response. This is the WAY. Thank you so much to all of the providers for such convenient, fast, and a easy way to control some of your healthcare needs!!!

They charged me for a product that I did not need or use and refused to refund me. Make sure you don’t save any payment information.

Long story short, DO NOT sign up with for their subscription. You will NOT get a refund! I signed for their subscription the end of spring and forgot all about it after receiving 1 prescription from them at that time. Today, I received an email stating that my account was charged. I contacted their customer service, explaining the situation and I will not needing or picking up the prescription that they automatically sent to my pharmacy and requested a refund. I get a scripted response and stating because I completed an annual survey/questionnaire and their doctor processed it they can’t issue me a refund. However, the catch is I couldn’t access my account to cancel the subscription WITHOUT completing the survey/questionnaire so that their doctor can process it and take my money!!! I’m so over this companies and their shady business practices!

Game changer. Unfortunately I caught a UTI on my way to Indiana from Toronto. Wisp literally saved me from the awful feeling of having a UTI. Prompt service, easy & reliable. Thank you so much. I will definitely share with my friends back in Toronto “use Wisp” when travelling to the US.

Very fast and easy!

Wasn't same day pickup. This is the second time this has happened. Something is wrong between Wisp's messaging system and external communication with physical pharmacies. I was getting texts & emails saying the prescription had been sent, but the pharmacy said they never got the prescription. Customer service got me taken care of the next day, but I had to check in with them. I feel I'm paying for same day service, and not getting that is disappointing.
