Wisp has been a game changer for me. Going to the doctor now is very stressful and unless I am really sick, I would rather not go. Things like birth control should not need a physical doctor’s appointment!

I had a horrible UTI and was able to easily get the medication I needed to get it cleared up without having to miss work and go to the doctor.

My initial review was excoriating because I used Wisp for a needed weekend prescription which I later found out they didn't provide despite their advertising. They claim "same day" prescriptions but don't disclose that certain states require a doctor consultation and that can only be obtained Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Of course this eliminates getting a weekend prescription in those states. It was a waste of time and money. Update: Wisp contacted me and says they will refund my money. I appreciate the quick customer service, but they need to make it clear on the site that weekend prescriptions aren't available in every jurisdiction (and list those jurisdictions) before you pay and have to chase a refund.

Physically impossible to cancel.

Wow! Wisp is awesome! I set up a subscription for a medication that they mailed me, but I also needed a medication they sent to my pharmacy. Communication with my Wisp doctor was speedy and clear, and my meds were ready quickly. I will continue to do business with Wisp and recommend the company to my friends!

Did not process my order and when I reached out the customer support process was very time consuming and not helpful. I’ve been waiting 5 days for this to resolve. At that point I should’ve just made a physical appointment. Also, there is no way to talk to a person to resolve your issues in a timely manner.

Professional. Timely. Accurate. Very positive experience.
