I was denied a prescription and when I asked why, instead of the doctor responding, it was someone from the support team giving me a generic answer. This company provides healthcare services. The least you can do is treat your customers like human beings seeking medical treatment.

The fact that you can't refund if you decide to seek treatment through an actual Healthcare professional immediately after purchase (and just want to cancel your order) is absolutely ridiculous. A shame that a company that would be ideal and important would refuse to cancel an order for someone who legitimately JUST placed it. There's no way that's 'too hard' to do. Ridiculous

The doctors are friendly and quick, but the coupon that is supposed to be “better than good rx made my birth control almost 17$ more expensive than what it would’ve been with NO coupon. Got on good rx and saved 15$
