I would stay away from this company . High prices and false advertisement. According to their site , same day pick up available ( within hours ) at your local pharmacy. However , after my follow up and confirmation from them stating “Your order was just approved by the doctor and it has been called in at the pharmacy “ , more than 24 hrs later the pharmacy still has no record of the order . Paid premium price , but they couldn’t deliver as promised . Will be calling my cc company to dispute the fraudulent charges .

The provider provided effective and prompt communication. The provider also gave clear instructions, and I received a follow up to guarantee that they provided a solution to my issue.

Honestly at first I thought it was a scam because I’ve never heard of a way to communicate with a doctor online and get prescriptions. However, I was proved wrong I was able to talk to a doctor through wisp. They made sure to ask more questions so they would provide me with the right medication. I currently have no insurance and even when I did have insurance this was a cheaper option.When I had insurance I paid $700 US dollars once for a check up and antibiotics . This was less than $100 total for my medication and to talk to a doctor with no insurance. I got my medication that same day literally within two hours.

I've had some side effects and have messaged the Care Team for 2 days with no responses. It is advertised as 24/7 care. The lack of response and oversight after the initial telemedicine visit is concerning.

This is one of the least effective websites I ever use. I was in an inescapable cycle of having to answer the same questions over and over and then once again. The "provider" piece comes in at the end, so you have to go through everything again. It jumped around, kicked me out, and I am right now not even clear if I got my order through. This has happened enough times I am likely not coming back here.

I have reoccurring BV and UTIs so wisp helps me get the meds I need without having to go to the doctor and it’s affordable.
