The overall experience in obtaining the perscription to picking up the medication at my local pharmacy is great. I gave it 1 stars because despite me following all the instructions for skipping my period, my period actually came earlier! I took norethindrone for two days starting Monday, and I was supposed to get my period on Saturday, so it was at least three days as instructed. The third day morning, I got my period. I have a weekend camping trip planned, and now it honestly not going to happen. This does not work for me. It was advertised to work and I followed every instructions. I track my period for over 10 years with an app, so I know exactly when it should come. There should be a disclaimer or more specific instructions, than just taking this pill 3 days before your period is due, three times a day. When I reached out to them, they said all sales and payment are final. That is fine, but how many people actually think this will work for them and got duped? There needs to be more guidance and firm wording on that is not 100% guaranteed.

I'm so relieved to have Wisp as an option. I woke up with a UTI on Saturday and it stayed getting bad on Sunday. My town just has an ER, which would have been SO expensive. Wisp ordered my prescription and reviewed my symptoms within 12 hours while I slept. When I woke up, I was immediately able to pick up my prescription for a fraction of the cost of an ER visits. Very professional, efficient. I will be using again.

The website is so easy to use with so many options. Good explanation on things and the customer service is phenomenal. I did not understand something and they quickly answered my email and fixed everything. I had a question on the order and my email was answered in 5 minutes. This is a great company.

You’re basically paying double the price for prescriptions. I also ordered two pills, received only one, contacted “customer service” and they ignored most of my message/concern and I have yet to receive a refund.

For privacy reasons I'm not using my real name or email. But I hope when this company reads my feedback they will know who I am. I have read a lot of reviews about Hellowisp. I have to tell you that I do my research and then some. I was VERY skeptical after reading all the feedback and negative comments. But so far with all of that and the complaining that I've done with Hellowisp they eased my concerns. I'll have to check my credit card statement to make sure I have not gotten double charged. Another website had complaints about that. I did research on YouTube and saw reviews about how you have to be careful of taking something from a company that could be a scam because you don't want to put something into your body that may harm you. But with all my bickering and complaining they ended up sending it to my trusted pharmacy. There was one in Florida that it was sent too. Right away when no one answered I got suspicious. Now I know that they are not scammers and that the pills I'm taking are safe. I did end up being able to double up on my fluconazole which was super sweet. I am NOT a Hellowisp employee and not getting paid by them to fake a positive review. They did not have to take the time to resend my prescription to my local trusted pharmacy so I give a warm thanks for that. I'm just a concerned female who sought out a new online company to use.
