Easy, quick process that got me what I needed safely.

This entire experience was very smooth from start to finish. I’m very thankful for the services provided, and the services are all cost effective for patients who don’t have insurance (or if your insurance won’t cover/work with Wisp.) I’m glad they’re part of my team.

I wasn’t notified I had to complete more questions after my initial confirmation email from my order. It wasn’t until I logged back in a day later when I was prompted to answer more questions. I really needed the medication I requested too. So I went a whole two days with discomfort after initial expensive payment. If I can’t use my insurance I should at least be able to get prompt service

Got help right away and the pharmacy had the prescription within a couple hours.

I purchased the "honeymoon" pill for my upcoming trip with my husband and decided to go the pharmacy route but I have been trying to pick up the extra for 4days with no luck so now my purchase was for nothing because I will not have the item in time for my trip. I recommend having it shipped instead wish I would've taken that route.

Horrible experience. The website says same day prescriptions, within 3 hours. Nope. I contacted this site around 8:00 a.m. still had not gotten my prescription sent to the pharmacy at 5:00 pm. I gave up trying to contact support. Literally HOURS to get a form email response. I got the same form three times. There are lots of these online UTI treatment sites. This is one of the most expensive and the least responsive to patients.

Seriously this was a phenomenal experience! It took very little time to set up and the website was super simple! Not only that but I got contacted with 10 minutes of placing my request. I will definitely be using you guys again. To save time by not having to go to urgent care and wait forever for antibiotics was really amazing. 10/10 would recommend! Their support team was really quick and helpful as well!
