Horrible Experience – BEWARE of Hidden Terms! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Their terms and conditions are impossible to read and buried within the site. I had to search through multiple pages just to find the most basic information about my purchase, and even then, it was written in a way that made no sense. It feels like they purposely make it difficult for customers to understand their rights. There’s no transparency, and I ended up being charged hidden fees that were never clearly stated. When I contacted customer support, they just pointed me back to the impossible-to-read terms and refused to help. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I’d advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to steer clear unless you want to deal with a mountain of fine print and surprise charges. Totally unacceptable! If wisp would have had good customer service and handled the situation in a more customer friendly way that could of led to me referring many other women but since they didn’t I’m afraid I can’t refer anyone and I also have to leave an honest review that happens to be a bad one.

Wisp was amazing! I had a really bad uti and did not have the money for me to go to the actual doctors. It was so easy to just go onto wisp, order the right prescription, prove my identity (which was easy as well), and then do a lil survey for my symptoms. Then boom, it was sent over to the pharmacy I chose the next hour or two. They were so helpful and I would definitely use them again!

The whole process was seamless and I received my meds within a short period of time.

Easy, convenient, didn’t have to leave my house or go to an appointment.
