Quick easy experience

I’ve used hellowisp multiple times since about 2021 or 2022 (can’t remember exactly). I appreciate the fact that they work so fast to get your prescriptions prescribed and sent to your pharmacy in a timely manner. My most recent one took like 2 hours between the time I submitted the prescription request and the time I picked it up from the pharmacy.

My NP was great. However, when they called my meds into the pharmacy they entered my birth year wrong which delayed me getting them by over 48 hours. Very frustrating.

Took doctor 30 minutes to provide me with my Zofran prescription and the cost of care was only $15. Got my prescription within 2 hours of inquiry. Love this company!!

The ease of the process is great. I don’t have to wait to go to a doctor or take time off work. My only complaint is that in the questionnaire it asks if f you had used any antibiotics in past that did not work and i said yes and wrote the name of the drug and that is the very drug they prescribed. So do they not look over those answers? Hoping it works this time.

If I could put zero stars I would. I’m still waiting on a refund that I haven’t gotten. Wasn’t able to ever pick up my prescription and I’ve already wasted too much of my time I don’t recommend just go to a physical location where you know you will get your medications with no issues or added delays.

I appreciate the ease of getting help and the discreetness. I also am grateful for the time we miss being able to get things done and the Pharmacy. I had no issues with. I would recommend this to everybody.

I got my exact birth control prescription sent to my pharmacy within an hour!! I was surprised on the speed and ease of the platform. The pharmacy had my insurance on file so picking up was quick and easy. I am set to see my regular doctor so just needed a new prescription to hold me over until then, but I absolutely will use this in the future so never run out again.
