Telehealth was easy, shipping was fast. I didn’t care for the never ending “just one more thing” screens trying to sell add ons after you already selected the service you wanted. That really could have been consolidated into one screen. A bottle (as advertised) of fluconazole is 2 tablets in a blister pack. A complete ripoff at $45 as an add-on to antibiotic treatment for BV. I likely won’t use this service again because of the cost.

Complete sham, I paid $65 for nitrogurantoin and when I arrived at the pharmacy I owed $22. What is the $65 for? A consult? I could have gone to urgent care for less than this. Had this been addressed in the details, I would have never gone this route. I really wished I researched this company before I placed my order. They donate to terrible causes. Will never do this again.

Was a very efficient service before an upcoming vacation, but what stood out was the time they took to fix an issue from the original pharmacy I had the prescriptions sent to, who somehow deleted them from their system. I can’t thank them enough for getting them sent to a different pharmacy that did not have the same issues.

4 days later and the pharmacy still does not have my prescription. I have emailed and chatted with wisp support on several occasions with no resolution, just a promise that the prescription will be ready soon at the pharmacy. The pharmacy claims no one is calling them with their prescription. Very frustrating and impossible to get anyone from wisp on the phone.

One star because my medication has not arrived and I leave for my trip in a day!!! I will be on my cycle during the trip no point in ordering ahead of time If it doesn’t get delivered on time. The docs were great though.
