Misleading communications. Ads claim same same-day, and then when you go through the process to get a prescription it says 24 hours when you need antibiotics urgently, waiting a whole day refutes the whole purpose of finding online care faster. I emailed the support and got a reply that someone will help me within one business day. I asked to cancel the order because there are other services where you get help right away. They told me I could not get my money back. If I could give negative stars I would.

I recently changed jobs and as everyone knows…insurance doesn’t kick in until 60-90 days of employment. Well unlucky for me I needed medication and health screen asap and was worried about out of pocket costs. Well say less because Wisp came to the rescue! No wait and no high bills like urgent care. Wisp saved me! Thank you for your quick work, took an hour at most from start to medication pick up. Will continue to be a Wisp customer!

The website was simple and easy to use, the prescription was ready next day and was exactly what I had been prescribed before (no knockoff). They also shipped my order quickly which were some future tests in the event I happened to suffer another bout. Could t be happier! Pricing was extremely affordable with no insurance to boot!
