⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of using WISP again and I am always thoroughly impressed! The health of their clients and their overall satisfaction is their top priority. What truly sets WISP apart is their exceptional doctors and prompt service no matter the circumstances- as I was called on New Year’s Day. In less than 24 hours I received (contacting them after 6pm on New Year’s Eve) a direct response, phone call from Dr. Allen, and shortly afterwards my prescription was in, picked up and taken. WISP is swift and thorough, with doctors/representatives who genuinely cared about resolving my issues. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and the right diagnosis was verified. A special shoutout goes to Dr. Allen, whose expertise and dedication to quality stand out remarkably. His professionalism and deep knowledge in the medical field made my experience even better. He provided insightful recommendations that not only enhanced my understanding but also significantly improved my experience. Good medications

Easy to use and convenient. Great way to take care of yourself. Do anticipate a delay in the script being sent to your pharmacy, so choose the location accordingly.

At Wisp, I am able to get the medicines I need without having to go to the Dr in person. I know what I need and what is wrong and I like being trusted enough not to have to prove it.

Was a, little hesitation about this app at first but was in dire need of meds an was at work so I. Went for it an best descion I made in awhile. Fast, great communication with Doctors, easy check out an would definitely come back an recommend this app.

Update: I'm revising this review because they finally got back to me and were able to get my order transferred to a local pharmacy. I don't believe it should have taken as long as it did to get a simple response to an email, so I'm keeping it at a 3. It might be great if nothing goes wrong, but their customer service needs more support. It doesn't feel great to get hit with 5 marketing emails requesting that I buy more things from them while not hearing back from an actual person. Previous Review: I placed an order on 1/5 and received a prescription on 1/6. All good so far. After receiving no update on my prescription being shipped out, I wrote to their customer service on 1/9 to ask for an update on my order. After receiving an auto-reply asking for more information, I've received no further communication on this order or any assurance someone's looking into it. I will now definitely not receive it in time for the vacation I needed it for, and getting no responses to any followup emails. If there's some sort of delay in their shipping it needs to be communicated out to their customers, as it stands, I would warn anyone not to use this service. Edit: In response to the reply, the entire problem is that you do not respond to emails sent to that email address. I believe that's just an auto-reply you have set up for every negative review. If emailing support helped, I would not have been forced to leave this review here.

While waiting to get in to see a new pcp, of course I get a uti. The thought of waiting until the third week of February for relief was terrifying. I mentioned to my RN daughter that a uti was coming on fast and she suggested WISP!! ohmygoodness, what a life-saver!

Fast and easy was ready at my pharmacy the next morning. Highly recommend
