This service was presented as a way to save on out of pocket prescription costs, but when I went to the pharmacy, I was charged the same amount as if I had used the prescription my doctor called in. I paid $25 for this company to collect and sell my data, and I’m still paying full price to fill my prescription. This is a predatory business and I will be reporting it.

Thorough with meaningful information. I love that we can get treatment online for basic issues. I love that the system trusts patients to know their own bodies. Programs like this should help streamline the healthcare system over time!

Easy and fast.

If you choose a specific birth control pill, they’ll substitute it for a different brand without even telling you. I found no disclaimers on their website or during the checkout process that they do this. The doctor never said it during our video call. They refuse to give me the specific brand that I paid for or give me a refund. $100 down the drain for a brand of birth control that I’m not going to use.

I had been battling a UTI on my own for 5 days with no relief. I saw someone on TikTok talking about their positive experience with Wisp and so I gave it a shot. I am so grateful, I did because Urgent Care was going to be extremely costly for me due to not having insurance. With Wisp I only had to complete a questionnaire describing my symptoms and within 20 minutes of submitting my information, I had already heard back from the doctor, and my prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. I was able to pick up and have my prescriptions in hand within one hour of starting the process. The best part was it was affordable and saved me hundreds that I would have had to pay going to an Urgent Care. I will use Wisp again and I’m relieved to see that they also offer treatment for cold sores, which I occasionally get so this will be another blessing when I need to use it for that.

i been trying all day to get ahold of wisp to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy and i have only received an email that the Dr will get back to me and i still haven’t heard from anyone it’s been over 4 hours!
