I was scammed. I paid 27$ and went to pick up my prescription. They told me the provider was invalid and that I could no longer get my prescription. They said the provider did not exist. I will tell everyone to not use wisp.

Wisp made it so incredibly easy for me to get medication. I knew I had an infection because I’ve had the same symptoms before, but I don’t have insurance right now because I’m in between jobs. I called a few places nearby but it was going to be $300 without insurance just to see a doctor so they could tell me what I already know! So I looked online and came across Wisp. Honestly such a lifesaver. Within 15 minutes my prescription was sent to a local pharmacy where I was able to pick it up in under 2 hours from the telehealth questionnaire. I ended up only paying $60. Thank you Wisp!!

This must be a scam. I ordered medication thinking it would be faster than getting into my doctor and it still hasn’t shipped 8 days later (was promised in 3-5 days). They won’t offer a refund either. Don’t waste your time.
