I had hope of getting same day treatment for painful UTI symptoms. I have currently waited so long that my pharmacy is about to close and have yet to hear from anyone. Very disappointed and could have gone to urgent care for faster service that is less sketchy. Do not recommend for the headache it caused Edit after reply; I have contacted that email 5 times now with no reply so I’m curious what emailing you again will do.. I immediately completed medical forms, have sent multiple messages and emails. Ongoing since 1115 hours. This site was recommended by a friend who I also asked what could be going on and she reports not having this disappointing experience.

Will never use wisp for uti again they took forever to prescribe, are not responsive, then sent to wrong pharmacy and had to wait until the next day to fill prescription, well over 24 hours later. "Prescription in 3 hours or less" is a lie, but call on doc actually follows through with their timeline i would recommend that service over wisp any day of the week

When I’m out of state & can’t see my primary care physician I have two options, the ER or Wisp. The ER will bill my insurance in my state but spending 17 hours in an ER waiting room is bull. Wisp is as private & discreet as it can possibly be. It’s fast & super convenient. They cover so many issues, the most embarrassing ones too. I love this site. I think the people who write bad reviews are the creators of their own chaos. Common sense is NOT common & they must be answering questions wrong & not checking the messages & filling out & sending back the necessary forms complete & within a timely manner. I’ve never had any issues with any part of the process. I’ve been able to get the treatment I desperately needed three times now. I hope they stay up & running forever. The services they provide are invaluable.

Balancing Wash is the best wash for your vag been using it for about a year now. When I finally have a product that works well & been using a product that my vag loves and has no reaction to it, & go figure it’s been out of stock going on 3 months now.
