The process is smooth and fast.

I wish I could give half a star. I reached out to customer support and they were less than helpful. I felt they were condescending and lacked basic empathy. Save yourself time and your ego, don’t give them your business.

I was charged a lot of money for medications. I was not asked medical questions until after I paid (was not even aware of the questionnaire until after I paid) Then I was denied the medications. I was then told someone would get in touch in a few days. I did not get a refund.
