Wisp only took minutes to take my information and prescribed medicine according to my request. Wisp saved me from having to take off of work. I was able to pick up my prescription at a pharmacy that I requested. Thank you Wisp for making getting treatment so easy.

I used wisp for years but they’ve gone downhill. Most recently, they took over 48 hours to send my prescription without contacting me about the delay. I asked to cancel my order but then I was charged almost immediately after that. I reached out to support again letting them know I didn’t need the prescription since they took so long but they said they could not refund me because my order was sent. This is suspicious business practice. While I understand it is a prescription so they don’t take returns, they should allow a refund when they fail to meet what their terms of service say they will do for their customers. I will never order here again and although I used to love wisp I would advise everyone go elsewhere now.

Had UTI prescription sent to closest pharmacy offered. Called for status when notified that prescription had been called in to be told it was not a pharmacy and to contact my provider. There’s no way to call Wisp so sent email. Sunday evening, dizzy and in pain, drove around city to find urgent care that could see me and fortunately was able to be seen and get prescription later that night, after hours of driving in an unsafe state. Dr concerned I was developing kidney infection, especially if I didn’t get meds that night. Pharmacies are closed as it was now close to 9 pm. Had to drive across town and beyond to the 24 pills.

This company pushes subscriptions so hard. They also do not send an email the day before like every other company to let you know they’ll be charging your card. They make it really difficult to cancel the subscription on your own online. Gross I’ve been in contact with customer service and they are no help. This company is very scammy.

The site is legit. It’s a good alternative to going to an in person appointment for minor complaints that don’t warrant sitting in a germy waiting room. I filled out a questionnaire and got the prescription I needed in a couple hours. Thanks

Wisp was easy to use and very quick in response time. I filled out my forms around 9pm and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy 4 hours later. It was ready in the morning and I was able to get relief quickly.
