WispReviews of hellowisp.com

I love Wisp! As a college student coming back home and finding ways to receive prescription medication or refills for birth control at low cost was difficult. Thanks to wisp I can place an order for a refill by phone and expect it within the next few days. Super convenient and the providers are always so helpful if there’s any question I may have

Getting my prescription refilled (subscription for every three months) has been a nightmare both times. I’ve had to contact support each time. This time, I have a string of over 10 emails sent back and forth and still having issues. In fact, when my friend asked me where I got my birth control, I said “I’m so glad you didn’t ask me two weeks ago because I would’ve recommended them. After all these issues I definitely would NOT go with wisp.”

I was able to get what I needed in a couple of hours! So impressed with the service

The ease of using the website, combined with the quick response time from physicians, has made the entire experience incredibly efficient. Navigating the platform is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing for fast access to care without the usual hassle. What truly sets it apart, though, is how promptly the physicians respond—providing timely guidance and peace of mind when it’s needed most.

Nurse/clinical professional I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. It was a quick, easy process. It's much easier than trying to get into my regular doctor or other local clinic.

Super quick to fill my prescription on a Sunday morning! Really easy website to navigate.

I have bad endometriosis. Ordering from you feels like I have my life back. Thank you

Waste of time. I ordered Zofran once because I tend to get a little nauseous before my period. I thought it would be convenient to do the auto delivery option. Well, think again. I didn’t know you can only get 10 ODT every 90 days. What a joke! How’s that helpful? I tried to place another order and it was cancelled. I get a message from an NP saying while telehealth is a great option, it’s not for everyone, and that if I’m having this problem regularly, I need to be seen in person by my doctor. Also, Zofran has many side effects if taken regularly—which yes, I know. But taking it 1-2x a month won’t be harmful. I have been seen by my doc about this and gotten Zofran in the past. But I figured, hey, it might be more convenient to get it from Wisp. Apparently not. Why even have an auto delivery option if you don’t want people to utilize it? I mean, isn’t the whole point of telehealth for convenience? Isn’t this the reason why they even exist?
