I wish Wisp had been around twenty years ago! It truly is a woman’s best friend. I work a lot and love the convenience and privacy. It takes days to get into my regular doctor and often 1 hour plus wait times. I use Wisp for everything I can. The Doctors are professional and knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch.

I was helped in a fast way, even was provided good information about what prescription birth control would be best for me, after speaking with the doctor I was able to pick up prescription same day!

I’d give zero stars if I could . I placed an order and I instantly messaged to cancel it bc it said 3-5 days and I needed it sooner. Long story short they wrote me and said it’s already been filled and never got back to me after my responses . After further research many reviews call this place a scam. Update: After receiving my refund after threatening them I’ll give 2 stars

Treatment on here is non existent. You show you can treat people for chlamydia and other STD’s but you can’t prescribe or treat someone with an antibiotic for someone who did a test strip and came out positive for a UTI. How do you test for STD’s on the website and provide medications to patients without seeing them or a test?? But a positive UTI you can’t get an antibiotic what a joke! I found help elsewhere on another website and I will be getting my antibiotics tomorrow without having to go see a Doctor as I was informed to do on this website! I hope you tell your STD clients the same thing!! Glad I was able to find help somewhere else. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to stay away from your site.

Attempted to use Wisp on 5-1-25 as a quick way to get a medication I needed to clear an infection. My prescription was quickly approved but then my order was cancelled and reprocessed three times over the following days without my doing. I contacted support to figure out what was going on but did not receive a response. I decided to receive the medication I needed through other means. It is now 5-13-25 and I have yet to receive the medication from Wisp or a response to my initial support request. I sent another message to support requesting a refund, which they responded to quite quickly and denied my request. They simply said I would be receiving the medication “shortly”. I would not recommend to someone needing their medication in a timely manner.

This site is God’s gift on earth. Convenient and affordable. I love the fact that you can order and pickup at a local pharmacy the same day! Game changer!
