Paid 90 dollars for my Rx for a cold sore. When I get cold sores, I have to act fast and I reached out to wisp as soon as I noticed mine coming in (which was on a Sunday so I was unable to schedule anything with my Dr). I got my rx, but the problem persisted. I reached out to the wisp medical provider who gave the Rx to see if they could send another Rx. The wisp Provider responded that I needed to do an in person evaluation, which essentially defeats the whole purpose of the wisp service.

It was hassle free having to go to a doctor’s office . Thank u WISP!

I ordered prescriptions and it was at the pharmacy the next day. It was a total lifesaver as I was going out of town and needed to postpone my cycle.

I honestly don’t know if I can blame Hellowisp or USPS yet, but their website says shipping takes about 3-5 days. I made my order on May 5th. It’s currently May 15th and my order still hasn’t shipped yet. Not very reliable. Going to have to use GoodRx to get more meds in the meantime.
