Emergency contraception was advertised as one day delivery. Didn’t even ship till 4 days after placing order and didn’t get delivered for about a week. False advertisement and they wouldn’t give a refund.

Shipping was quick any questions,you have for doctors they answer in a timely manner or you can even get same day at local pharmacy I definitely recommend

I tried to cancel an order within one hour of placement (after finding the medication for 1/3 the price on Amazon). Due to the delay in customer service (having to wait for an email response, there is no phone or chat option) the order was processed and customer service informed me that they could not stop the shipment or refund. I was also informed that my auto-subscription was canceled. I had not signed up for an auto-subscription. Apparently there is absolutely no way to cancel an order with this company. Not great.

It was so quick and easy and so glad this is an option for woman.

I had a wonderful experience with wisp they was here when I needed them.
